Corbet I Wheeler, ;i. resident. of Feilding, wits concluded to-day. Wheeler was admit Ifd to Palmerston North Hos- |> i t.-11 on Sept orii I ior 24, suffering from shock and from a severe lacerated wound in his throat and a smaller wound in his left- wrist. 11n died on September 23 of septic pneumonia. Mi 1 . T. L. Seddon, solicitor, of Feilding, said lie found Wheeler in West Street, Feilding, at 10.45 p.m. on September 24. with a wound m his throat. When asked if he inflicted the wound with a knife, he nodded his head. The coroner returned a verdict that. Wheeler died from septic pneumonia, following on a wound in his throat, self inflicted.
