Mr. Richard White, touring representative for J. C. Williamson, Ltd., arrived in Auckland yesterday from the South.
iffr. F. Beaumont Smith, managing director of J. C. Williamson Films (New Zealand), Ltd., left for Wellington last evening.
Mr. L. E. Eastabrook, of Wellington, Mr. D. Dickson, of Whangarei, Mr. M. F. Faulkner, of Thames, and Mr. R. Graham-Looker, of plaungaturoto, are at the Central Hotel.
Mr. D. Ardell, of the Department of Internal/Affairs, visited Auckland yesterday on'business connected with the visit of tho Dutch naval squadron this month. Ho returned to Wellington last evening.
Dr. T. G. Gray, Inspector-General of Mental Hospitals, and Mr. B. L. Dallard, Comptroller-General of Prisons, will arrive in Auckland this morning to attend a meeting of tho Prisons Board* They will stay at the Grand Hotal.
