New Zealand Law Society, Mr. Free, said Bain formerly practised in Gisborne, but had recently been convicted of numerous charges of theft from various clients, and at present was serving a term of reformative detention for 12 months, the amount involved in these charges boiiiß £271 ,13s 6d. An order was made for the payment of £ls 15s costs to the Law Society.
