WRESTLING.
STECHER AND McDOUGALL. The wicstling contest at the Town Hall this evening between Tony Steelier and Scotty McDougall should provide a lively exhibition. This will be Steelier'a first appearance in New Zealand, and a line as to his capabilities will be Rained on his showing against McDougall, who has met nil the wrestlers at present in the Dominion. McDougall usually makes matters merry for his opponents, and so it should bo a match well worth 6eeing. The bout has been promoted by the Ex-servicemen's Wrestling Union, which receives a percentage of tiic net proceeds for a fund to assist unemployed returned soldiers. The professional contest will bo precoded by a number of amateur bouts.
