WORLD CONDITIONS.
Mr. Edward S. Little, a resident of China for 44 years, will give an address on "Present World Menace" in the Town Hall concert chamber to-morrow evoning. Mr. E. C. Cut.ten, S.M., will preside and Miss Eva Berry will give vocal selections.
