Mr. H. S. W. King, chairman of the board of managers of the Seddon Memorial Technical College, returned on Saturday morning after attending the annual conference of the New Zealand Technical Association in Wellington.

Mr. F). Jones, M.l\ for Mid-Canterbury, and Mr. A. Hamilton, M.P. for Wallace, arrived in Auckland on- Saturday. They will visit the Franklin electorate in company with Mr. J. N. Masscv, M.l\, today, and will return to Wellington this evening.
