Tho plans for tho conversion of tho present library building to Plunket and icst rooms have been approved, and it is expected that the library will bo moved next month to the new municipal buildings in Willow Street, in which the library will occupy the top floor. The Plunket Society is taking the necessary steps for incorporation.
