MAKE SOME RASPBERRY REVELS.

Things requried: Some fresh raspberries, one white of egg, threo table-spc-onluls of castor sugar, a few strips of angelica, about £ pint of cold custard. How to make: Mash tho raspberries and fill tho glasses £ full with the mixture. Sprinkle a good layer of sugar on the top. Fill tho glasses to § full with cold custard. Add a dessertspoonful of sugar to tho white of egg and whisk it up very stiffly with an egg whisk. Put a largo spoonful on the top of each glass, and on top of that placo one or two raspberries. Stick four or five small pieces of angelica all round the raspberries and the revels aro ready.
