A "STYLIST."
TEN THOUSAND A YEAR JOB
x Do you know what a "Stylist" is? asks a Londoner. Personally 1 had never met one until Miss Virginia Hamill landed in Britian from America, and then I knew. It is not everyone who can bo a stylist. You have got to have expert knowledge of tho subject, supremo tact, and a very strong and convinceing personality. Miss Virginia has all these assets, and she is rewarded for them to tho tune of ten thousamj pounds per annum—pounds, mind you, not dollars! Miss Hamill, in trying to explain her job, says that sho is a connecting link between the buying public and the manufacturer. She deals mainly with furniture and silverware, and is, of course, an expert on the subject of interior decoration. The ambition of my 'life now is to become a stylist!
