TOWN BOARD ELECTIONS.
CANDIDATES FOR RUSSELL.
The following candidates have been nominated for the election of commissioners to tile Russell Town Board: — Messrs. W. C. Anderson, J. Armitage, A. E. Bissct, T. A. Brooker. J. Graham and A. E. Neumann. As there are only five vacancies, an election will be held on Wedneodav, September 17.
