1930 COMPLEXIONS.
This is eminently a " beauty " season, thanks to the prominence of pastel-tinted stuffs. The richer pastel tints have proved wonderfully flattering to 1930 complexions, remarks a Londoner. So far as " make-up " is concerned, we are flying from everything that is obviously artificial. We use mother-of-pearl face powder, rose-pink rouge, babyred lip stick; and our hair is ash gold or nut brown, when possible.
