WOLFE RELICS FOR NATION.

The purchase for the nation of a valuable collection of relics associated with General Wolfe, in Quebec House, Westerham. Kent, owned by Mr. Wolfe-Ayl-ward, was announced lately at a dinner hold by tho Canada Club at tho Savoy Hotel in celebration of Dominion Day.

Sir Campbell Stuart, chairman of the Quebec House Committee, stated in a letter which was read, that the collection would bo vested in tho National Trust for Places of Historic Interest. He added that the committee had been enabled to accomplish this purpose in large measure by the generosity of Sir Leicester Harmsworth and by the sympathetic help of Mr. Wolfo-Aylward himself.
