The steamer Lady Lewis arrived at Wnnganui from Now Plymouth on Thursday to complete unloading phosphates from Nauru Island. Slio is to leave Wanganui on Wednesday for Fiji to load for Great Britain. THE ULIMAROA. Tho Huddard-Parker steamer Ulimaroa sailed yesterday morning and is due at Sydney on Tuesday. The vessel is to leave Sydney next Friday for Wellington, where alio arrives on September 2. MAUNGANUI LEAVES SYDNEY. Tho Union Company's intercolonial steamor Maunganui left Svdney for Wellington and Auckland at four o'clock yesterday afternoon The vessel is duo at Wellington on Tuesday morning and at Auckland next Friday. From Auckland sho will proceed direct to Sydney. MAKURA FROM SAN FRANCISCO. With passengers, mail and cargo from San Francisco, Papeete and Rarotonga tho Royal Mail liner M.ikurn is due at Wellington on Monday. Sho is to resume her voyage to Sydney on Tuesday afternoon. H.M.S. VERONICA. The Naval Department advises that ELMS. Veronica was to leave Suva for Auckland yesterday. Tho warßhip has been on a cruise to the South Sea Islands since tho beginning of June. She is now expected to arrive about Wednesday. THE SCHOONER HUIA. The Nobel auxiliary schooner Huia proceeded to Maractai yesterday to load explosives. Sho is to sail to-day for Napier, Wellington and Dunedin. From Dunedin the vessel will go to Molbourne to load explosives for Greymouth, We9tport and Auckland. NIAGARA LEAVES VANCOUVER. The Royal Mail liner Niagara left Vancouver on Wednesday on her return voyage to Honolulu, Suva, Auckland and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on September 8 and at Sydney on September 13. AWAHOU FOR SYDNEY. Tho Richardson Line steamer Awahou, which ' has been converted into a motor vessel, is to -make a trial trip on the harbour on Monday to test her new motor engines. On Tuesday the Cfressel is to proceed to Whangarei to completo loading for Sydney and Newcastle. After discharge sho will load at Newcastle for Now Zealand. lONIC REPORTS. Savill and Albion liner lonic states that she will reach Auckland from London and Southampton at about two o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. The vessel has passengers and mail for New Zealand, and cargo for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. CORINTHIC FOR FINAL LOADING. The Shaw, Savill and Albion .liner Corinthic arrived from Napier last evening. Sho will berth at Queen's Wharf at seven o'clock this morning to completo loading New Zealand produce for England. Having left Sydney at four o'clock on Thursday afternoon the Royal Mail _ liner Aorangi is due at Auckland about six o'clock on Monday morning. She will berth at Prince's Wharf to land passengers and mail for Auckland and to load cargo and mail and embark passengers from New Zealand. At eleven o'clock on Tuesday morning she is to resume her voyage to Suva, Honolulu and Vancouver.

THE ARGYLLSHIRE. The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Argyllshire will arrive from Tokomaru Bay at daybreak to-day. She will berth at Queen's Wharf to complete loading refrigerated and general cargo for London. Avoumouth, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. She is to be despatched for Lon don, via Panama, on Wednesday. LUMBER CARGO FROM AMERICA. Reported to be in wireless range the American motor-ship Carr:so Js en route from Anacortes, America, to New Zealand. The vessel sailed from Anacortes on July 18. She has a full cargo of lumber, a quantity of which will be unloaded at Auckland, but her other ports of discharge have not been announced. She is a twin screw vessel of 3894 tons and was built at Longbeach, California, in 1918. She visited New Zealand in January, 1929, and unloaded a lumber cargo at Wanganui. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE.
