IMPROVEMENT IN HEALTH. HEART IN WEAK STATE. British Wireless. RUGBY, August 21. Although the Earl of Birkenhead is no longer as critically ill as he has been a medical bulletin states that the enfeeblement of his heart through pneumonia can only be expected to pass off gradually.
