I lio United States ami Canada liavc entered into a reciprocal air navigation agreement, paving the way for tho granting of licences by each country to tho airmen of the other country, and for permission for civil aircraft to enter the opposite territories. Each country will also he able to accept the certificates of airworthiness in connection with aircraft which enter either country in tho form of merchandise. Drafts of similar arrangements have been proposed for submission to Britain, tho Irish Free Slate, Australia, Now Zealand and South Africa.
