CINNAMON FLAVOURED.
We should use cinnamon more in our cookery. It has a delightful flavour and in appetising smefll. A delicious tart can be constructed with its aid. Make a mixture of a tablespoonful of •golden syrup, tfhe same of breadcrumbs; a little sugar, a teaspoonful of butter and a tablespoonful of boiling water. Mix these ingredients thoroughly. Then work in a teaspoonful of ground cinnamon, and half that amount of ground ginger. Line a plate with pastry and bako it. Then .put/in the cinnamon mixture. Bake for nbqjit a quarter of an hour. If preferred many small tarts may be made instead of One largo one.
