LACQUER RED.
Lacquer red, in its darkest shade, is a new colour seen a good deal now in England and abroad, since most women find that they can wear it. The bright lacquer tones are not easy for everybody, but this particular tint casts a becoming shadow if it is worn near the face. It is a good colour to choose, too, for the little silk coats and skirts which promise to be universal in spring.
