OPERATIONS AT WAIHI. [BY TELEOn APIT. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] WAIIII, Friday. The following information has been cabled to the London office of the Waihi Gold Mining Company, Limited.—No. 9 Level. —Martha lode: In Grand Junction area driving cast, the next 23ft. assays 41s 6d per ton. State reef: In Grand Junction area driving east from 169 ft. to 214 ft., the vein is very flat, showing only bands of quartz, assaying 32s 9d per ton. No. 11 Level.—Empire lode: Driving east iho next 21ft. assays 9s 9d per ton. Driving west tho next 12ft. assays 25s 3d per ton.
