TRANSATLANTIC FLIGHT.

EVE OF MOO'S RETURN. GOOD RESULT OF TRIP. REGULAR SERVICE POSSIBLE, j By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. MONTREAL, August 12. The British airship RIOO is to start on her return flight to England at 10 p.m. to-morrow. A minor defect in the starboard forward engine and a slight tear in the fabric are being repaired. On her recent 24 hours' flight the dirigible visited Niagara Falls wid many towns in Canada. She was greeted by huge crowds of people. On her way home the RIOO may take, a more southerly course than she followed on the outwai-d flight. There is a prospect, that after passing up the Bristol Channel she may fly over London on the way to Cardington. A message from Ottawa says definite plans for the early establishment of a British-Canadian airship service, embracing as a possibility the construction in Canada in the uear future of an Atlantic type of airship, were laid before the Prime Minister, Mr. R. B. Bennett, to-day by Sir Dennistoun Burney, designer of the RIOO. He described the interview as most satisfactory and indicated that he is iu a position to discuss the matter with the British Government.
