f FATE OF A MAORI. DISCOVERY NEAR WAITARA, ] [Br TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] HEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. The body of a native, Poki Martin, w;as found on the beach below a cliff near Motunui, five miles from Waitara, yesterday mornirij. Two residents went to Martin's house and found: a firo burning. On searching they found a hat and socks on top of the cliff, a quarter of a mile awav. They saw a body on the beach which they recovered when the tide fell. 1
