FIRE IN MOTOR GARAGE.

INCENDIARISM INDICATED. TWO VEHICLES DAMAGED* 1 [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] OPQTIKI. Wednesday. Fire broke out in Messrs. Mcintosh and McKay's motor garage last,night. It resulted in considerable damage to one motor-car and lesser damage to another. Mr. Mcintosh said he left the garage securely locked at about nine o'clock but when the fire was discovered the large front . doors were open. - ■ The brigade extinguished the flames before the other vehicles in the building caught fire. It is believed'that an intruder deliberately set fire to the cars, as a lighted lag was found under tho bonnet of one.of them and a cardigan jacket soaked in kerosene was found in the other. ... The building was insured in the Jsouth British Office and the stock in the Queensland Office.
