MEMORIAL TO DONOR. The erection of a stone archway at. tha Carlton Goro Road entrance to Outhwaita Park to commemorate tho gift of thai property by the late Miss Isa Outhwaita was decided on by the- Newmarket Borough Council last evening. It had previously been suggested that a stona cairn should bo erected, but the Wor Committee recommended an archway with a central tablet bearing an inscription, and the recommendation adopted.
