She is to be despatched for Whangarei to-night. The Apanui which has been relieving the Claymore, will transfer back to her former services and is scheduled to sail for Ihe Great Barrier at midnight tomorrow night.

I THE ARGYLLSHIRE. The New Zealand Shipping Company's iteanier Argyllshire is due at Wellington from Lyttelton to-day to continue, loading for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool. Manehester and Glasgow. She is to leave Wellington on Thursday for Napier, Gisborne, Tokomaru Bay and Auckland to complete her cargo. The vessel is scheduled to reach Auckland on August 23 and to ■ail for London on August 27.

THE BENEDICK. The Shell Company's chartered tanker Benedick _ sailed for Wellington yesterday morning in continuation of her voyage from Singapore. THE WAIPAHI. Further wireless advice from the Union Company's Island steamer Waipahi states that Bho will arrive from Rarotonga at four o'clock this afternoon. She has a fruit cargo from Cook Islands. R.M.M.S. AORANGI SAILED. The Royal Mail liner Aorangi resumed her voyage to Sydney late last night. Tho vessel is due at Sydney on Friday morning and she is to sail on her return trip to Vancouver, via Auckland, Suva and Honolulu, on August 91. KARAMEA AT PANAMA. Reported to have reached Panama last Saturday, the Shaw. Savill and Albion motorship Karamea is en route from Wellington to London. She was despatched from Wellington on July 22. THE SCHOONER HUIA. Advice has been received by Mr. C. E. Campbell that the Nobel auxiliary schooner Huia was to leave Grafton for Auckland on Sunday. The vessel has a cargo of hardwood. She is expected, to arrive about August 20. THE CITY OF LYONS. The A. and A. Line's chartered steamer City of Lyons is reported to have_ reached Colon last Saturday en route from New York to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is scheduled to reach Auckland about September 3. THE KARTIGI. The Kartigi will bo removed to Western Wharf this morning to unload coal from Newcastle. She is to sail for Portland, Wellington and Lyttelton this evening to complete unloading cargo from Australia.' THE HENZADA. Tho Commonwealth and Dominion Line's chartered steamer Henzada sailed for Wellington, Lyttelton. Timaru and Dunedin last night to complete unloading cargo from New York. THE WESTMORELAND.. The Federal Line steamer Westmoreland is reported to have cleared Colon last Saturday in continuation of her voyage from Wellington to London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow. She sailed from Wellington on July 23. THE CANADIAN TRANSPORTER. The Canadian National steamer Canadian Transporter is reported to have, reached Colon from Montreal last Saturday. _ The vessel is en route to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland about September 7. THE CANADIAN CRUISER. The Canadian National steamer Canadian Cruiser arrived from Montreal last night and anchored in the stream. She will berth 'at Prince's Wharf this morning to unload general cargo for Auckland. The remainder of the cargo is for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. WAIHEMO DOCKS TO-DAY. The Wailiemo is to go into dock this morning for cleaning and painting and inspection, in connection with her overhaul and survey. The vessel will be recommissioned this week and 3he is to be despatched for Vancouver on Saturday to load at Pacific Coast ports for New Zealand. MIDDLESEX REPORTS. Tho Federal Line steamer Middlesex has reported by wireless that she will arrive from Liverpool on Friday, four days behind schedule. The vessel has a general merchandise cargo from West Coast ports of Great Britain for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The New Zealand Shipping Company are the local agents. THE LADY LEWIS. The steamer Lady Lewis is due from Nauru Island to-day with a full cargo of phosphates. She will unload a quantity of the cargo at King's Wharf and the remainder at Wanganui. Henderson and Maclarlane, Limited, are the local agents.

Tho Royal Mail liner Tahiti, from Sydney, berthed at Wellington at nine o'clock yesterday morning and passengers and mail for North will reach Auckland by train this morning. Wireless advice received from the Union Company's intercolonial steamer Maungamii states that she will arrive from Sydney at six o'clock this morning. She is in sail on her return trip to Sydney, via Wellington, to-morrow evening. THE PORT ALMA. After unloading explosives at the Motuihi anchorage, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Alma is expected to come into port this afternoon. She will berth at Prince's Wharf to unload 3750 tons of -general merchandise from London to the acency of Heather, Roberton. Ltd. Tho remainder of the cargo is for Wellington and Napier. THE WAIOTAPU. With a full cargo of lumber, case oil and general merchandise from Pacific Coast, ports the Waiotapu arrived from Los Angeles yesterday morning. She berthed at Queen'B Wharf to unload 2QOO tons for Auckland, the remainder of the cargo being for Wellington. Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle. She is expected to resume her voyage to-morrow evening. The cargo waa loaded at Vancouver, Powell River, Victoria, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
