KING OF RUMANIA.
DISPUTE OVER CORONATION. CABINET'S RESIGNATION LIKELY. (Received August .11, 5,45 p.m.) BUCHAREST, August 10. It is believed that the resignation of the Rumanian Cabinet is imminent owing to differences between King Carol and tho Prime Minister, Dr. Julius Maniu, over the coronation. Tho King wants this ceremony fixed for September 21, but pr. Maniu contends that it must be preceded by the annulment of Queen Helen's divorce.
