STEAMER FROM SCANDINAVIA. The local /office of the New Zealand Ship ping Company has received advice from I lie Federal Company, Wellington, that the steamer Anten has been tixed to load at Scandinavian ports early in September for Auckland, Wellington and Bluff. The vessel Will sail for Auckland direct and she is duo here about the middle of October. The Anten is a steed, eingle-screw oil - burning steamer of 5135 tons gross. She Was built in 1920 by W. Doxford and Sons. Ltd., Sunderland, for the Rederiaktieb Transatlantic Stefim Ship Company, Ltd., of Gothenburg, Sweden.

HUNTINGDON CLEARS HALIFAX. The Federal Line steamer Huntingdon, which left Auckland for London," via New York and Halifax, on June' 18. is reported to have cleared Halifax on Tuesday. H.M.S DUNEDIN SAILS. H.M.S Dunedin sailed shortly after five o clock last evening for Wellington, (he first port of call on her three months' cruise to southern ports. TOFUA FOR ISLANDS. The Union Company's Island steamer Tofua is to pail at 11 o'clock to-morrow morning for Fiii, Tonga and Nine Island, wliero she will lond fruit for .Auckland and Samoa. S!ne is at Queen's Wharf. RANGITANE'S FAST VOYAGE. The New Zealand Shipping Company tins received advice that the motor-liner RangiI nne reached Panama from Wellington on Tuesday, two days ahead of schedule time. The Riingitane left Wellington on July 19 for Southampton and London. BENEDICK THIS MORNING. The motor tanker Benedick iB due at Auckland ct seven o'clock this morning from Singapore. She will berth nt Western Whnrf to unload n ouantity of bulk oil for the Shell Company. The remainder of her cargo is for Wellington. PACIFIC COAST CARGO The Union Company's transpacific steamer Waiotapu expects to reach Auckland on Sunday from Loa Angeles with cargo from Pacific Coist ports She will berth at Queen's Wharf. The remainder of her cargo is for We lington, Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle. MIDDLESEX FROM LIVERPOOL. An expected arrival at Auckland on Monday is the Federal Line steamer Middlesex from Liverpool. The veesel has a general merchandise cargo from West of England ports for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. TAHITI LEAVES SYDNEY. The Royal Mail liner Tahiti is reported to have left Sydney at five o'clock last evening for Wellington, where she is due on Monday morning. Slio is scheduled to leave Wellington on Tuesday for Rarotonga, Papeete and San Francisco. SOMERSET AT COLON. The Federal Lino steamer Somerset, which left Liver]>ool on July 19 for New Zealand, is reported to have reached Colon on Tuesday. The Somerset has cargo from West Coast ports of the United Kingdom for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. She is duo at Auckland on August 26. RONA FOR SYDNEY. The Colonial Bugar Company's steamer Rona is Ix> be moved to Central Wharf at 6.80 this morning from Chelsea, where she has been discharging a cargo of raw sugar from Fiji. She will load about 1000 tons of fertiliser for the company's use and she is expected to bo despatched to-morrow afternoon for Sydney. KARTIGI REPORTB. The Union Company's steamer Kartigi. with cargo from Melbourne and Devonport, Tasmania, has reported by wireless that she expects to reach Auckland at five o'clock on Sunday evening from Newcastle. The vessel's cargo is for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. ZEALANDIC LEAVES LIVERPOOL. L. D. Nathan and Company, Ltd., adviße that the Shaw, Savill and Albion motorship Zealandic left Liverpool last Saturday afternoon with cargo from West Coast ports of Great Britain for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The vessel is due at Auckland on September 4.

NAEBADA FROM CALCUTTA

The Union Company has received cable advice that the Narbada left Calcutta on Sunday for Penang, Singapore and Samarang, where she will complete loading for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton,_ Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff. The vessel is duo at Auckland about the middle of September.

THE AORANGI. The Rcyal Mail liner Aorangi is reported to have arrived at Suva at two o'clock yesterday afternoon from Vancouver and Honolulu. The vessel was scheduled # to resume ,ier voyage at 8.30 last evening and she is due at Auckland on Sunday afternoon. She is to leave Auckland for Sydney at ten o'clock on Monday evening. PORT GISBOKNE'S LOADING. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Gisborne is duo at Bluff next Wednesday from Launceston to commence loading for London. The vessel will load also at Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Waikokopu, Gisborne and Auckland, where she is due about September 2. She is to be despatched from Auckland on September G for London, via Panama. The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company. Ltd., are the local agents HENZADA DUE TO-NIGHT. No further wireless advice was received yesterday from the Commonwealth and Dominion Line's chartered steamer Henzada, which, according to her latest report, will reach Auckland this evening from New York. The vessel will berth at Queen's Wharf to unload cargo for Auckland tq the agency of the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company. Her other ports of discharge are Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. FERNWOOD FROM MEXICO. The Norwegian motor-ship Fernwood is reported to have left New Orleans on 'luesday for Now Zealand. The vessel has asphalt from Tarnpico and general cargo from other ports in the Gulf of Mexico for discharge at Auckland, Napier, Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin, Wanganui, Sydney and Melbourne.
