(Received July 25. 9.15 p.m.) DELHI. July 25. Heavy floods which camo from the Baluchistan frontier have'caused a grave situation in the, district of Upper Kind, llio town of Khanpnr has ben engulfed, and the inhabitants have been evacuated to Karachi by relief trains.

The entire village of Ghizri was washed seawards.

Baluchistan fronts on Sind in tho west of India for 300 miles from north of the port of Karachi. Larkana is a fortified town miles north of Karachi, in the finest tract in Sind. Shikarpur is 40 miles north of Larkana. The river Indus runs through this district, and flows into tho sea south of Karachi.
