Officers for the year were elected as follows: —President, Mr. R. W. Schofield; vice-president, Mr. A. S. Warner; hon. secretary, Mr. T. C. Johnson; hon. treasurer, Mr. J. P. FEW FIXTURES TO-DAY.

BASKETBALL AND CYCLING.

In view of the third Rugby test match between New Zealand and Britain at Ederi Park to-day practically all other spoits fixtures have been cancelled. The Auckland Rugby League, the Auckland Football Association and the Auckland Hookey Association have all interrupted tbeii dub competitions, and the various golf clubs are holding only unofficial games. Junior grade, basketball matches will be played and the Auckland Cycle Club will conduct a road race over its new circuit.
