There was a sensalion.'i 1 occurrence at Invercll w hen Clifford- Mason, ;t prisoner, escaped from the local loci'uip. .\ keeper arid two policemen gave chaso and fired three shots over Mason's head, without effect.
A fuurtli hullet, however, entered the prisoner's back and although he kept on running lie was soon captured and sent to hospital.
