ATTEMPTED MURDER.
RUMANIAN MINISTER. STUDENT FIRES FOUR SHOTS. BUCHAKFvST. July 21. An attempt to assa.-sinate the Ilurnariian Minister of the Interior. M. .Angelescu. was made to day. The Minister was leading a memorial from four students when one of tliem, t;e?a, drew a revolver and fired four time-.. Bullet:; struck the Minister in llie face, chest, shoulder and aim.
Not v. ithstandiiig his loss of blood. M. Angelescu grappled with his assailant and prevented liinr firing tint her snots. Ihe four students were arrested. Their victim is expected to recover. The students are fionr Dobrudja. They resent a new law dealing with small holdings for which M. Angelescu is held to be responsible.
