MISHAP CLIMBING FENCE.

When out shooting yesterday Mr. Percy John Sutherland, of Munaia, received a charge of shot in his right hand. Mr.' Sutherland climbed through a fence dragging a shotgun after him, being under the impression that the safety catch was in place. The trigger caught in the fencing wires and the weapon discharged. He was taken to the Hawera Hospital.
