The annual meeting of (he IJevonport Yaelit Club will he held on August 20. Tho C class keel yacht Kulalie, formerly owned by Mi'. W. lingers, has boon purchased by Mr. K. Vickerman, and in future will take up her moorings in Judge's llav. Kulalie has done very little racing for some years past, but now that she has changed hands she will be a frequent- competitor in the Akarana Y.idil Club.

The sale of the II class boat Celox is reported and in all probability she will race in several of the local clubs next season. She will be a welcome addition to tho 26ft. class and will lako up her moorings in Judge's Bay.
