Deep cape collars with close-fitting neckline, the collar fastening down the centre, monk iashion, then curving awav to form the sleeves is a favourite silhouette for street wear. New ork " debs " have gone " just crazy " over the Empire evening frocks, with tiny puff sleeves, low, rounded necks and tiglit-waisted bodices.
