Douglas Smith, 10, Kitchener •Street, Claiidclaiuls, says ho has been trying to make a battery according to directions given in tho Hoy's Column on May 17, hut has not, heen able to get the sticks of carbon, save expensive ones. Can any boy reader tell Douglas where be can procure suitable sticks at a /easonablc cost ? Please write to him direct. i
