BROKEN ENGAGEMENT. Iri< ompatibilily of tempt ramcnl. is given as the reason for the breaking of the engagement between the 21-year-old Kail of Aylesfortl, o( I'aekinglon ilnll, (''oventry, and Miss Ain i >fM- Orr Wilson, only (laughter of tlio latc Captain 11. 8. Wilson, K.U.A., whose homo is at, Lower Willingdon, Sussex. The engagement. was announced as recently as May 2*l and 'i niarriai'i* licence was obtained at the Faculty tMliee on June 4. I ,cthan 24 hours later the parties agreed to part, and the licence was torn up. Mr;. May, the mother of Miss On* Wil. son, said, " f am sure that my daughter knew quite well what she was doing in breaking the engagement, and I approve of her action. Miss Wilson left afterwards on a motortour in Cornwall with h girl friend.
