Accused: I admit striking him, but it was under tremendous provocation. He is a terrible man. I'ho Magistrate: Voti are a terrible man, and cannot keep off Iho liquor. Accused was fined £5 for assault. C 5 for (he breach of bis order, and was con viefed anil discharged on I lie thu d charge Default of payment was fixed at one month's imprisonment on each of the two charges, tho terms to be concurrent.
