YOUTH'S HAND AMPUTATED. J lIY TELEGUAPII. —I'UF.SS ASSOCIATION. J INVERCARGILL, Thursday. A youth, Louis Smith, aged 17, em ployed in the Southland Times office, had his right arm crushed through being caught by the folding arm of a rotary press. His hand had to bo amputated above the wrist.
