DEAR WHEAT.
Sir, —Mr. Heaton Barker says we should grow enough wheat for our own requirements. If that is so, we should grow it the sarno price as it costs to buy it from outside. If not, the tariff should come off. Wo should not take from the poor to feed the already wheatgrowers. No 1 AX.
