Regarding the legal aspect of tho Munn case, whereby the sheriff must carry out tho "sentence within seven days of tho confirmation of tho sentenco, tho Minister of Justice, tho Hon. J. G. Cobbo, said that ho had not received official intimation of tho dismissal of tho appeal from .tho Full Court. Ho expected it soon and when he had it a meeting of tho Executive Council would have to bo called to consider tho sentence.
