SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
EXAMINATION QUESTION.
Matters, concerning school certificates and examinations were dealt with at a meeting of the executive of tho Registered Secondary Schools' Association yes terday, Tho Rev. 11. Iv. Archdall. headmaster of King's College, presided. Principals of registered secondary schools over a wide area attended, including Miss McCall, headmistress of Nga tawa School, and the Rov. 0. F. Pierce, headmaster of Wanganuj Collegiate School. The Department of Education had requested an expression of opinion by tho association with rogard. to examinations, but it was dccidod to confer -with distant members beforo making representations to the department.
