CLOSER UNION PLAN. CONSIDERATION IN BRITAIN. (EecsiTed June 26, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, June 25. The Colonial Secretary, Lord Passfield. proposes shortly to move in the House of Lords for the appointment of a joint committee of both Houses to consider the reports on closer nnion in East Africa drawn np by the Hilton Young Commission and by Sir Samuel Wilson. The committee would also have hefora it the statement of the conclusions of the British Government, published on June 19.
