DIVORCE GRANTED.
SEQUEL TO SEPARATION. On the ground of a mutual separation agreement in force since March, 1927, Elizabeth Thompson (Mr. Sullivan) sought in the Supreme Court yesterday dissolution of her marriage with Henry Thompson (Mr. Finlay). Mr. Justice Smith heard the case. The marriage took place in November, 1913, and there was one child. A cross petition had been entered by the husband, but on this Mr. Finlay agreed to offer no evidence. A decree nisi was granted the petitioner, to bo moved absolute after three months.
