EVENTFUL WEEK FACED. ' DIFFICULTIES LOOMING. (Received June 23, 10.55 p.m.) LONDON. June 23. The Daily Herald says tho coming trcek will bo full of incident. The Cabinet on Tuesday will havo to agree upon its unemployment policy, oil which it may decide to stand or fall. Furthermore, if the House of Lords again insists upon its amendments to tho Coal Mines Bill, says thp paper, there Tv ill be a first-class crisis and possibly an early election. Ministerialists are petitioning the Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, to proceed vith new naval construction. This relates to an impending announcement on Wednesday regarding tho Navy programme, in which, the Herald says, it may bo found that the Ministry proposes discreetly to spread building over a long period. '
