[B? TELEGRAPH. —OWN" COBBESPONDESTT.] XGATEA. Monday. The Post and Telegraph Department has two gangs of workmen engaged in the Xaatea district. One gang is erecting a long p.irtv telephone wire to serve the Ngarua Road anil Torehapc settlers, and the other, having completed the laying of an underground cable from the Ngatea exchange to a littles past the Pipiroa Road c.rner, is removing the overhead wires.
