GANG LEADER MURDERED. SHOT REPORTER'S WEALTH. CHICAGO, Juno 20. Further developments in tho 'crime situation at Chicago occurred 10-dav. They consisted of tho murder of Lorenzo Juliuno, chief of a south side alcohol gang, and a disclosure that Arthur Lingle, tho reporter who was recently shot, had been depositing largo sums of money in his bank every month. Lingle was a very wealthy man. Recently lie had lost £40,000 on the stock market. At a meeting of ministers to-day a pastor alleged that sonio -Chicago reporters WOl'O no better than criminals themselves. Tho Tribune, which employed Linglo, is investigating tho sources of his wealth.
