METROPOLITAN GUN CLUB* • The Metropolitan Gun Club held ita fori* nightly shoot on Saturday., Results were as follows•' ■ • * _ Seven Birds Sweepstake.—C. E. Hodg® (17yds), E. J. Schofield (13yds)» and L,' J. Stent (14yds). each shot the possible and divided the stake. • Fifteen Birds Match (for a trophy donated by Mr. M. H. Tisdall).—A. E. Mactedie (lGyds), shot the possible, and won the trophy. «T. Milne (llyds), J. Murrell (llyds) and L. J. Stent (14yds), shot 14 each and divided second money. - Seven Birds Gimcrack Match.—-J- Milna, J. Murrell, W. H. Wilson and L. J. Stent shot 6 each, and divided the stake. The next shoot will be held on July 5, HAMILTON GDN CLUB. [Br TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.} HAMILTON; Sunday. The Hamilton Gun Club held a shoot at Ruakura on Saturday. Owing to a prevailing wind misses were freqfient. Tho principal shoot was the Reid Cup, when teams from the Metropolitan, Auckland and Morrinsville Clubs contested. Morrins* ville won by seven birds. The results were' «• ■ . No. 1 Shoot, 9 Birds.—C. Seddon, G. Thrupp, G, Peach, and L. Ramsay shot the possible and divided. Sweep No. 2, 7 Birds.—W. Aitken, J. Amundsen, and G. Thrupp shot the possible and divided. R, T. Reid Cup-—Morrinsville, 1; Hamilton, 2; Metropolitan, 3. V No. 4, Gimcrack, 9 Birds.—E; Green shot th#i possible, T. Glenn, W J. MeMiken ahd'S.
