The newly-formed South Bay of Plenty Jersey Breeders' Association met at Wlxakatane yesterday, there being 16 breeders present from districts extending from Tcaico. to RangitaiicL The provisional committee appointed at the last meeting presented a set of rales to govern the association, which trere adopted without alteration. The election of officers resulted: —President, Mr. V 7. E. Boon; vice-presidents. Messrs. W. G. Reece and W. J. Murray: committee, Messrs. R. Plemmg, C. Black, ,7. Rae snot D. ilurrav. It was decided to hold a bull sale at Whakatane. the date to be decided by the committee-
