Substantial deposits aro generally forthcoming ' Property such as this offers a unique combination of tho charm of rural life with the advantages of being in reasonable proximity to the city. Dairy farms of 40 to 50 acres have been selling quito freely in the Pukekoho and Ilunua districts, wlfch are also handy to the city This semirural property is probably as good an investment as can be obtained anywhero in New Zealand.
