MUNICIPAL BAND.
Popular music of a high standard will bo played by the Municipal Band in the Zoological Park to-morrow afternoon. The programme comprises Wagner's "Tannhauser," march; "Martha," overture; excerpts from Verdi's "11 Trovatore"; selection, "Tho Desert Song"; cornet solo, "Come per mo sereno," by Mr. Fred Bowes; a selection from Leoncavallo's "I Pagliacci"; together with popular hymn tunes and bright, marches. At the Town Hall to-morrow evening a solection of music from the works of Mendelssohn, Mozart and Meyrellos ■ will be given by the band and instrumental soloists*
