At a meeting of (ho Rural Intermediate Credits Board, a report was presented stating that there had been rapid expansion of business due to the increased recourse to the system by sheopfarmers and grain-growers, owing to the existing financial stringency and to tho provision of special credit facilities for these classes of farmers, and to tho seasonal financial requirements of dairy farmers. Repayments of loans had been well maintained Tho board considered certain measures for tho provision of further finance, wliich will shortly become necessary to meet increasing demands by farmers. 1
