Sir,—Nothing seems to have been don 9 about that ever-increasing nuisance, noisy motor-bikes. Night, after night.' easily 60 per cent, of tlie. residents or Great North Road. New Norlh Road anc'i several other thoroughfares, are being wakened by the nerve racking roac of .the bika of some though!less fellow who seems to recognise the concrete roads only as a racing-track, and the sloop of residents as a thing to bo continually 'shattered. Surely something can be done to p ra < vent this shameless breaking of the by] laws. V. Tkewartha.
